Booking policy:

• Bookings are non-refundable.
• Once completed, the booking cannot be modified.
• In case of no-show, no refund will be provided

• The availability of parking, whether free or paid, depends on the hotel’s policy and availability
• Room assignments, double beds, and any other special requests are subject to the hotel’s availability upon arrival and are not guaranteed by Ruwad Al Mashair.

Hotel check-in and check-out policy:

• Check-in starts after 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
